Cancellation Policy

A credit card or a deposit is required when making appointments over one hour long. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge applies if we cannot fill your spot. Believe us- we would rather you show up and receive a great treatment then for you to miss your appointment and be charged this fee.

 

Arriving Late

Please be considerate that there may be another appointment scheduled after your appointment time. This means that a late arrival will subtract from your treatment time as our therapists have guests immediately following. We will try to accommodate if possible.

 

Conduct

No cell phones please. We ask that all guests of Blue Lotus keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere away from it all. You might even leave wishing that inside voices were used everywhere.

 

Children

Due to the peaceful, serene and relaxing nature of our facility, we ask that you refrain from bringing in children into the day spa.

 

Payments

We accept cash, checks, visa and mastercard, discover and american express. There is a $30 returned check fee.

 

Gratuities

Gratuities are not expected but they are appreciated and at your discretion. When possible, please make it a private and separate transaction.

 

Blue lotus has the right to refuse service. The therapist may terminate service at any time for customer misconduct, such as foul language or rude behavior.
